Acroview Programmer Supports SinOne’s Industrial-Grade Flash Microcontroller SC92F8003BX20

Acroview, the leader in chip programming, has officially announced the further expansion of its compatible chip coverage alongside the release of a new programming software version. The company’s core product—the universal programming platform AP8000—has now achieved full adaptation for SinOne’s industrial-grade Flash microcontroller SC92F8003BX20.

The SC92F8003BX20 is an enhanced 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series.

The SC92F8003BX20 integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 18 general-purpose I/Os, 16 I/Os with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, 8-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, 7-channel 10-bit PWM, internal high-accuracy 16/8/4/1.33MHz high-frequency oscillator with ±1% accuracy and low-frequency 32kHz oscillator with ±4% accuracy, UART, SSI communication interface, and other resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuit design, the SC92F8003BX20 also integrates internally a 4-level selectable LVR, 2.4V reference voltage for ADC, WDT, and other high-reliability circuits.

The SC92F8003BX20 features excellent anti-interference performance, making it very suitable for various IoT control, smart home appliances and smart home systems, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, intercoms, wireless communications, gaming devices, and other industrial control and consumer applications.

The AP8000 mainframe supports flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces for convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. In terms of security, the mainframe incorporates intelligent safety protection circuits that monitor chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers over-current protection to safeguard both the chip and the programmer. The mainframe is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure smooth and efficient programming. To enhance user convenience, the rear of the mainframe features an SD card slot. Users only need to save project files generated on a PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot, then use the programmer’s physical buttons to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies workspace setup, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of baseboard and adapter boards, effectively expanding the mainframe’s functionality. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. Its supported device types are extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, eMMC, and more, and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
