Its flagship product, the universal programming platform AP8000, has now achieved full compatibility with BPS Semiconductor’s multiphase step-down digital controller BPD92028.

The BPD92028 is a high-performance multiphase step-down digital controller supporting up to 8 phases, and it can also support (8‑X)+X dual-rail applications. It offers a very compact solution, requiring minimal external components to meet high-current power supply demands. It supports I2C/PMBUS protocol, features an SVI3 interface, and incorporates CFV3M (Constant Frequency Voltage Cubic Modulation) with auto-loop compensation to enhance system stability while delivering fast transient response through optimized passive components.

The AP8000 mainframe offers flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the mainframe incorporates intelligent safety protection circuits that monitor chip placement and connection status in real time. Upon detecting anomalies such as reverse insertion or short circuits, it triggers an immediate power-off protection mechanism, safeguarding both the chip and the programmer. The mainframe is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip that significantly boosts data transfer and processing efficiency, ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. For enhanced user convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the rear panel. Users can save project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and then use the physical buttons on the programmer to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware but also simplifies workspace setup, greatly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of baseboard and adaptor boards, effectively extending the mainframe’s capabilities.
