As a leader in chip programming, Acroview has announced, along with the release of a new version of its programming software, a further expansion of its compatible chip model coverage. The company's core product, the universal programming platform AP8000, is now fully compatible with Fortior Tech's three-phase motor control microcontroller FU6881Q1.
The FU6881Q1 is a high-performance motor drive dedicated chip that integrates a motor control engine (ME), an 8051 core, and a built-in MOS driver. The ME integrates many hardware modules such as FOC, MDU, LPF, PID, and SVPWM. It can automatically complete the calculation and control of FOC drive and square-wave drive for sensored/sensorless BLDC motors and PMSMs through hardware, and supports SVPWM control of two-phase stepper motors. The 8051 core is used for parameter configuration and daily transaction processing. The dual cores work in parallel to achieve various high-performance motor control functions. Most instruction cycles of the 8051 core are 1T or 2T. The chip integrates a high-speed operational amplifier, comparator, high-speed ADC, CRC, SPI, I2C, UART, LIN, multiple timers, and other functions. The LIN module supports multi-slave automatic addressing at various baud rates. The built-in MOS driver can support a maximum drive current of 1 A. The built-in high-voltage LDO makes it suitable for square-wave and FOC drive control of BLDC/PMSM motors and SVPWM control of two-phase stepper motors.

Functional block diagram
Acroview's independently developed AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible one-to-one and one-to-eight configurations and provides both online and offline working modes. It has developed dedicated programming solutions especially for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, fully covering Fortior Tech's entire chip series for bare-die offline programming and on-board programming requirements. AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design with three core modules: main unit, base board, and adapter socket, giving the device excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it can not only adapt to various programmable chips on the market, but also, with stable and efficient performance, serves as the core component of Acroview's automated batch programming equipment IPS5800S. It can efficiently handle large-scale chip programming tasks and meet mass production needs.

The AP8000 main unit has flexible connection methods and is equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronous control of multiple programmers and efficiently carry out parallel programming operations. In terms of security, the main unit has a built-in intelligent safety protection circuit that can monitor chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as reversed chip insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, comprehensively safeguarding the safe operation of chips and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, greatly improving data transmission and processing efficiency and ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance ease of use, the back of the main unit has an SD card slot. Users only need to store project files generated on a PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot, then complete file selection, loading, and programming through the physical buttons on the programmer, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the work environment setup process and significantly improves operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, AP8000 uses a modular combination design of base boards and adapter boards, effectively expanding the functional boundaries of the main unit. At present, the device supports products from all mainstream semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. Its supported device types are extensive, covering NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, etc., and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solutions.
