Acroview Programmer Supports ChipSea's 32-bit SoC Chip CS32A010K8V7T

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has officially expanded its compatible device portfolio with the release of its latest programming software. The company's core product — the universal programming platform AP8000 — now fully supports ChipSea's 32-bit SoC chip, the CS32A010K8V7T.

The CS32A010K8V7T integrates a 24-bit high-precision SD-ADC, adopts a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core, and features 64Kbytes of Flash and 8Kbytes of SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 24MHz. It is available in two package types, ranging from 24 to 32 pins. The chip provides standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, and USART), one 12-bit DAC, two 16-bit timers, LED drivers, and constant current/constant voltage source outputs.

The CS32A010K8V7T microcontroller operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and a voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V. It offers a variety of power supply operating modes to meet different low-power application requirements.

This microcontroller is suitable for a wide range of applications, including gas sensors, pressure transmitters, TC/thermocouple temperature measurement, and RTD temperature measurement.

Acroview's self-developed AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark solution in the industry. It supports flexible configurations from one-to-one to one-to-eight programming modes, and offers both online and offline operation. With dedicated programming solutions for storage devices such as eMMC and UFS, the AP8000 fully supports ChipSea's entire portfolio of chips for both bare-chip offline programming and on-board programming.

The AP8000 adopts a modular design consisting of three core components: the main unit, baseboard, and adapter. This design provides excellent compatibility and scalability. As a universal programming platform, it not only supports a wide range of programmable devices on the market but also serves as the core component of Acroview's automated batch programming system, the IPS5800S, delivering efficient high-volume programming capabilities to meet mass production requirements.

The AP8000 main unit offers flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through this networking capability, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit features intelligent safety protection circuitry that monitors chip placement and connection status in real time. If anomalies such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it triggers an immediate power-off protection mechanism to safeguard the chip and programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency for smooth and efficient programming. To enhance ease of use, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users can transfer project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and perform file selection, loading, and programming operations via the programmer's physical buttons, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design reduces dependency on computer hardware and simplifies the setup process, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of baseboard and adapter boards, effectively extending the functionality of the main unit. The device currently supports products from major semiconductor manufacturers, including SK hynix, Micron, Sandisk, ASR, Kingston, and others. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, eMMC, and is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
