Acroview, a leader in chip programming solutions, has announced further expansion of its compatible device portfolio alongside the release of its latest programming software. The company’s core product—the universal programming platform AP8000—has now achieved full adaptation with Geehy Semiconductor’s automotive-grade microcontroller APM32A003F6U.
The APM32A003F6U is a high-cost-performance automotive-grade MCU based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. It features a wide temperature range, high precision, low temperature drift, and excellent cost efficiency. With integrated rich peripheral interfaces and support for QFN20 small-form-factor packaging, it helps improve system integration and reduce BOM material costs. The product has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 2 automotive reliability certification and is widely applicable in reverse radar, car control panels, automotive switches, window controls, smart seats, and other automotive applications.

Acroview’s self-developed AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible configuration modes including one-to-one and one-to-eight, as well as both online and offline operation. It features dedicated programming solutions for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, and fully covers the offline bare-chip programming and on-board programming needs of Geehy’s entire chip portfolio. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design consisting of three core modules: main unit, baseboard, and adapter socket, providing excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also serves as a core component of Acroview’s automated high-volume programmer IPS5800S with stable and efficient performance, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production requirements.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling easy networking of multiple programmers. Through this networking capability, users can conveniently achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates intelligent safety protection circuitry that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once an anomaly such as chip reverse insertion or short circuit is detected, it triggers an immediate power-off protection mechanism, fully safeguarding the safe operation of both the chip and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance ease of use, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users can store project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and then use the programmer’s physical buttons to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependency on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies workflow setup, significantly improving operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular baseboard and adapter board combination design, effectively expanding the main unit’s functionality. The device currently supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, including brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. Its supported device types are extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, eMMC, and more, and it is fully compatible with multiple industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
