Acroview Programmer Supports Cmsemicon's 32-bit Motor Microcontroller CMS32M5710

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has announced an expansion of its compatible chip models alongside the release of its latest programming software. Among the updates, its universal programming platform AP8000 now fully supports Cmsemicon's 32-bit motor microcontroller CMS32M5710, providing efficient and reliable professional programming support for relevant customers.

The CMS32M5710 is a high-end motor control specific chip launched by Cmsemicon, based on the ARM-Cortex M0 core. It features a maximum operating frequency of 64MHz; an operating voltage range of 2.1V to 5.5V; 64KB Flash Memory and 8KB SRAM; up to 46 GPIOs; 6-channel enhanced PWM capable of generating complementary PWM with adjustable dead-time, with a unique brake recovery mechanism enabling cycle-by-cycle current limiting; an integrated 12-bit low-speed ADC with a sampling rate of 100Ksps; an integrated 12-bit high-speed ADC with a sampling rate of 1.2Msps; integrated 2-channel high-performance operational amplifiers, 2-channel analog comparators, and 2-channel programmable gain amplifiers with adjustable gain; a 32-bit hardware divider requiring only 6 system clock cycles; communication interfaces including 2 UARTs, 1 SPI, and 1 I2C; an integrated high-precision temperature sensor module; industrial-grade standard design, operable from -40℃ to 105℃; provision of IEC60730 safety certification library to assist customers in easily passing Class B certification; and available in LQFP48 and QFN48 standard packages.

The AP8000 employs an innovative modular design consisting of three core modules: the main unit, baseboard, and adapter socket, endowing the device with exceptional compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also serves as a core component of Acroview's automated batch programming equipment, the IPS5800S, with its stable and high-performance characteristics, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production demands.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through this networking capability, users can easily achieve synchronous control of multiple programmers, efficiently conducting parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies such as chip reverse insertion or short circuits, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, comprehensively safeguarding the safe operation of both the chip and the programmer. The main unit houses a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly enhancing data transmission and processing efficiency, ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance user convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users simply need to save the project file generated on a PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot. They can then select, load, and execute programming operations using the programmer's physical buttons, enabling standalone operation independent of a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the working environment setup, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination design of baseboard and adapter board, effectively extending the functional boundaries of the main unit. Currently, this device supports products from major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as HAAWKING, XHSC, ZHIXIN, SAMSUNG, KIOXIA, and others. The range of supported device types is extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, etc., and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
