Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has announced an expansion of its compatible chip models with the release of its latest programming software. Among the newly supported devices is the clock generator AU5061B0Y-QMR from Aurasemi, now fully compatible with Acroview’s universal programming platform AP8000, providing customers with efficient and reliable professional programming support.
The AU5061B0Y-QMR offers programmable quad fractional frequency generators and converters, providing flexible input-to-output frequency conversion options. With ultra-low jitter performance, the DPLL supports up to 4 differential or single-ended input clocks, which are shared by four fractional PLLs, and delivers 12 differential output clocks from the AU5061B0Y-QMR.
Clock outputs are derived from the 4 PLLs in a highly flexible manner.
The AU5061B0Y-QMR can be configured via I2C/SPI interface or by factory programming of customer-specific configurations into the device’s non-volatile memory (NVM), which supports one-time programming.

The system supports flexible one-to-one and one-to-eight configuration modes, as well as both online and offline operation. With dedicated programming solutions for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, it fully supports offline bare-chip programming and on-board programming for Aurasemi’s full range of chips. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design consisting of three core modules: main unit, baseboard, and adapter, offering outstanding compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only supports various programmable chips on the market but also serves as the core component of Acroview’s automated batch programmer IPS5800S, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production demands.

The AP8000 main unit offers flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling easy networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming. In terms of safety, the main unit features an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement and connection status in real time. Upon detecting abnormal conditions such as reverse insertion or short circuits, it immediately triggers power-off protection, ensuring safe operation of both chips and programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency for smooth and efficient programming. To enhance convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users can store engineering files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and perform file selection, loading, and programming using the programmer’s physical buttons, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design reduces dependence on computer hardware and simplifies workspace setup, significantly improving operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular design with baseboard and adapter boards, effectively extending the main unit’s functionality. The device currently supports products from major semiconductor manufacturers, including HAAWKING, XHSC, ZHIXIN, SAMSUNG, KIOXIA, and others. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, and is fully compatible with industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
