Acroview, the leader in chip programming solutions, has officially expanded its compatible chip portfolio with the latest software release. Its flagship product, the universal programming platform AP8000, now fully supports SinOne’s industrial-grade Flash microcontroller SC95F7616BP44.
The SC95F7616BP44 is a family of enhanced high-speed 1T 8051‑core industrial Flash MCUs, with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product line.
The SC95F7616BP44 features an ultra‑high‑speed 1T 8051 CPU core running up to 32MHz. At the same operating frequency, its execution speed is approximately twice that of other 1T 8051 devices. It integrates a hardware multiplier/divider, hardware CRC, and dual DPTR data pointers to accelerate data arithmetic and movement. The hardware multiplier/divider and hardware CRC do not consume CPU cycles – operations are performed by hardware, achieving faster speeds than software implementations. The dual DPTR data pointers accelerate data storage and movement.
The SC95F7616BP44 offers high performance and reliability, with a wide operating voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V and an extended temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃. It features excellent ESD performance and EFT immunity. Manufactured with industry‑leading eFlash process, the Flash memory supports over 100,000 write cycles and retains data for 100 years at room temperature.
The device includes a low‑power WDT (Watchdog Timer), 4‑level selectable LVR (Low Voltage Reset), and system clock monitoring. It exhibits low power consumption in both active and power‑down modes. Typical active current is about 6mA at 5V / 32MHz.
The SC95F7616BP44 also integrates rich hardware resources: 64 Kbytes Flash ROM, SRAM (internal 256 bytes + external 8 Kbytes + 80 bytes for PWM/LCD), 6 Kbytes EEPROM, up to 46 general‑purpose I/Os (with hierarchical drive control on some), 16 external interrupt inputs, five 16‑bit timers, 14 channels of 16‑bit PWM (8 channels of complementary multi‑function PWM with dead‑zone, and 6 channels from timers), 1 UART, 6 USCI communication ports (each selectable as UART/SPI/TWI), built‑in LCD/LED hardware driver, internal high‑accuracy high‑frequency oscillator (32/16/8/4MHz, ±2%) and low‑frequency 32kHz oscillator (±4%), optional external 32.768kHz crystal oscillator, 1 analog comparator, and 17 channels of 12‑bit high‑precision ADC.
Development and debugging are convenient with ISP, ICP, and IAP functions, allowing on‑board programming and upgrading of program memory in‑circuit, even while the chip is powered.
With outstanding noise immunity, the SC95F7616BP44 is ideal for main control in various applications, including smart home appliances, IoT, wireless communication, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.

The AP8000 universal programmer, independently developed by Acroview, has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. It supports flexible 1‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑8 configurations, offers both online and offline operating modes, and features dedicated solutions for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips. It fully covers offline blank‑chip programming and on‑board programming for SinOne’s entire MCU portfolio. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design with three core modules – main unit, base board, and adapter socket – providing excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only supports various programmable chips on the market but also delivers stable and efficient performance, making it a core component of Acroview’s automated batch programming system IPS5800S, capable of handling high‑volume production programming tasks.

The AP8000 main unit offers flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control and parallel programming operations. For safety, the main unit includes intelligent protection circuitry that monitors chip placement and connection status in real time – if abnormal conditions such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers power‑off protection to safeguard both the chip and the programmer. A high‑speed FPGA chip inside the main unit significantly boosts data transfer and processing efficiency. For enhanced convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the rear panel – users can save project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it, and use the physical buttons on the programmer to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This reduces dependency on computer hardware and simplifies workspace setup, greatly improving operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 uses a modular base‑board and adapter‑board design, effectively extending the main unit’s capabilities. The device now supports products from major semiconductor vendors, including SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, Kingston, and many others. Its extensive device support covers NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, and more, and is fully compatible with industry‑standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one‑stop, full‑scenario chip programming solution.
