Acroview Programmer Supports SinOne’s Industrial-Grade Flash Microcontroller SC92F5311M16

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has officially announced the further expansion of its compatible chip coverage with the release of a new programming software version. The company’s core product—the universal programming platform AP8000—has now achieved full adaptation for SinOne’s industrial-grade Flash microcontroller SC92F5311M16.

The SC92F5311M16 is an enhanced 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction system fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series.

The SC92F5311M16 integrates 8K bytes of Flash ROM, 512 bytes of SRAM, 256 bytes of EEPROM, up to 22 general-purpose I/Os, 12 external interrupt pins (which can be divided into two groups via mapping, covering 22 I/O ports), three 16-bit timers, 22+1 channels of 12-bit high-precision ADC, 8 channels of 16-bit high-performance PWM, 2 channels of conventional PWM (two outputs from Timer2), an internal high-precision 32MHz oscillator with ±1% accuracy, a low-frequency 32K oscillator with 4% accuracy, one UART, one SSI communication port (selectable among UART/SPI/TWI), and a built-in LED driver supporting both normal drive mode and push-pull drive mode, as well as an OP/CMP combined analog operational amplifier module. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC92F5311M16 also internally integrates a 4-level selectable LVR, and high-reliability circuits such as 1.024V/2.4V/2.048V reference voltages for ADC.

The SC92F5311M16 features excellent anti-interference performance, making it highly suitable for main control applications in various use scenarios, including smart home appliances, smart home, IoT, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers and efficiently carry out parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, safeguarding both the chip and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure smooth and efficient programming. For enhanced convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the rear panel. Users can save project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and then select, load, and execute programming operations via the physical buttons on the programmer, enabling standalone operation independent of a PC. This design not only reduces reliance on computer hardware but also simplifies the working environment setup, greatly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of baseboard and adapter board, effectively expanding the main unit’s functional boundaries.
