Functional Block Diagram
The AP8000 universal programmer independently developed by Acroview has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible and configurable one‑to‑one and one‑to‑eight modes, and provides both online and offline operation. It features dedicated programming solutions for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, and fully covers bare‑chip offline programming and on‑board programming requirements for the entire AdvanceChip product family. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design consisting of three core modules: main unit, baseboard, and adapter, giving it excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also delivers stable and high‑efficiency performance, making it a core component of Acroview’s automated batch programming system IPS5800S, capable of handling high‑volume chip programming tasks to meet mass production demands.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity with both USB and NET interfaces, allowing convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates intelligent safety protection circuits that monitor chip placement and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormal conditions such as chip reverse insertion or short circuit are detected, the system triggers an immediate power‑off protection mechanism, comprehensively safeguarding the safe operation of both the chip and the programmer. The main unit houses a high‑speed FPGA chip, greatly improving data transfer and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance ease of use, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users only need to store the engineering file generated on a PC onto an SD card and insert it into the slot, then use the programmer’s physical buttons to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependency on computer hardware but also simplifies workspace setup and significantly improves operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of baseboard and adapter board, effectively extending the main unit’s functionality. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well‑known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, eMMC, etc., and is fully compatible with various industry‑standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one‑stop, full‑scenario chip programming solution.
